Cork is a coffee table that is part of ROU Materiaal’s Tessella Collection and can be composed in a mosaic fashion together with other sculpture tables of different sizes. Stratifications of materials given and removed several times, continue to be ROU Materiaal’s field of research. The result is a surface mimicking the feeling of stone, thus creating unexpected material depths.
